Customs, Duties and Taxes

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all unused or undamaged products returned.
Order received with a missing product should submit a claim to 420553261@QQ.com. Once approved we will refund or replace the missing item. Any missing item or damage claim must be submitted within 30 days
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes in the method that the order was placed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be for store credit or by refunding the payment method used to complete the transaction.
Clearance or discounted products are sold “AS IS” and not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
Packages returned due to refused, returned, or undeliverable can be reshipped once additional transportation costs have been processed.
