Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed the same or next business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders over $50 get FREE Shipping!

* USPS  Flat Rate Box Priority Mail delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during high volume times.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  Please check your spam folder if you do not see a tracking email.  You can also find tracking information under your account information on our website. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We ship all over the world via FedEx, 34-7days arrives, Free shipping Orders over $70.

 Return Policy 

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all unused or undamaged products returned.

Missing Items

Order received with a missing product should submit a claim to bin@gdace.com.  Once approved we will refund or replace the missing item.  Any missing item or damage claim must be submitted within 30 days 

Refunds

Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes in the method that the order was placed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be for store credit or by refunding the payment method used to complete the transaction. 

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or discounted products are sold “AS IS” and not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.

Undeliverable Merchandise

Packages returned due to refused, returned, or undeliverable can be reshipped once additional transportation costs have been processed.
